• I have the right to decline a commission if needed
• you must pay before the avatar is uploaded to your account
• If it is a paid model both me and the comissioner must own the model legally
•if a model has been finished and not paid for/the comissioner has abandoned the model without payment it will become a public model.
•The rules of the base model your getting made retextured for you are applied to my tos
•If something comes up I have the right to stop a commission, If it was paid allready and I can't do it you'll get a full refund.
•Tell me everything you want before I confirm a commission, if you tell me you want way more after I've done most the work I have the right to up the price.
•I will no longer hold spots for anyone, it's first come first serve.
